It works on my TV but the HBO Go app will not work on any device I try. I’ve called customer service and after and hour on the phone they said someone else would call me back, but never heard anything from them. Any ideas? I’ve tried uninstalling reinstalling app… I have been trying to log into various apps using my DirecTV information. We have diretcv, with several premium channels. The DirecTV Stream App, the HBO app, and the NFL app all say my password is wrong (but some say correct ID). My password is not wrong. I can log into my DirecTV … Before the HBO Max launch last month, HBO operated two services — HBO Go and HBO Now. HBO Go was the free app users could download to their device of choice … I just don't get it. All I want to do is watch HBO GO on my big screen, Netflix works just fine but not HBOGo I get an error.
